PBIS CALL TO ACTION
● Any student in danger of
failing your class should have been referred by now – whether through a
‘Guidance Referral’ or the ‘Student At-Risk Form’ – the purpose of these
referrals is to maintain communication between the classroom and guidance
services.
● Moving forward for the Spring
term, at-risk students must be referred at least once a Marking Period using
your weekly contractually mandated ‘Parent Engagement’ time
● National Honor Society tutoring
attendance has decreased dramatically – this is a wasted resource – there are
hundreds of students that could benefit from NHS Tutoring – we need these
referrals to get our students invites to these sessions

students MUST have a pass if they are leaving your classroom!

& Any Scheduled PSAL game (no practice)
● Teacher’s Choice DEADLINE

STAFF MEMBERS WHO SOARR
Thank you to MS. EISENBERG (formerly Levine)
for taking ownership of our school’s Instagram account – this can be a great
tool for the way the outside world sees HSFI including prospective students and
possible corporate partners.
Thank you to MS. RIVIERE & DR. HABIBIAN
for going beyond the call of duty in the Deans’ office as they sweep the
hallways and resolve conflict on a daily basis.
Thank you to MR. DUKE, MS. WEISS & MR. RASCHILLA
for going way beyond the call of duty in helping one of our boys in severe distress
this past week.
Thank you to MS. WEISS & MS. PADRON
for stepping up to lead a Fashion Dollars collection drive on Fashion Dollar
Fridays – we need to combat Fashion Dollar hoarding so we have these tokens to
give out to our deserving students.
Thank you to MS. CHAVEZ, MS. BALMIR, MS. DAMIAN, MR.
RUSSELL, MS. KLEPACKI, MS. SERRANO, MR. RASCHILLA, MS. BOULAMAALI, MR. RAU, MS.
