– INTRODUCTION TO OUR SPARK PROGRAM – MESSAGE FROM MS. NUNEZ
Welcome Back Staff! Students in the SPARK Program at Fashion
Industries HS have a place where they can share personal experiences and
discuss issues of importance. SPARK is a
program that promotes discussion about issues in the school, family and
relationships that often underlie substance use/abuse and other at-risk
behaviors. Ms. Nunez will continue to
offer individual counseling and groups for selected students during their lunch
period. The counseling and /or groups
are on a voluntary basis.
If you have any students who you
would like to refer regarding substance use/abuse or other at-risk behaviors,
please feel free to come to Ms. Nunez’s office in room 1011-10th
floor or call her at ext. 1105. You can
also drop a note in Ms. Nunez’s mailbox.
As always, she looks forward to us working together this school year to
make a difference in these students’ lives.
