Design a Dress from Recycled Materials Competition!!!

Under the direction of Ms. Judith Dahill, HSFI students were afforded the opportunity to design and create dresses from recycled materials. Congratulations to 9th grade Fashion Design student, Yeiris Santos for winning the Design a Dress from Recycled Materials for Chelsea’s Community. Students learned the true meaning of the phrase: One man's trash is another man's treasure!
