PBIS Soaring Stars

Angela Ianniello, worked through the quagmire of paperwork to get the snacks started @ HSFI. The Chit Chat Club now has snacks 9th and 10th period. She also helped orchestrate the delivery of chairs for freshman orientation, which involved setting up the library for group classes, twice. Thanks Ms. Ianniello.

Have you heard the good news?

Thanks to increased funding from the Mayor and City Council, every Brooklyn Public Library branch is now open at least six days per week starting today. We’re also adding extra morning and evening hours throughout the borough to make our libraries even more accessible to all of our patrons.

Weekends are about to get a lot livelier at BPL, as 10 more branches open their doors and six additional branches offer Sunday service. All told, we’re adding more than 200 hours to our schedule every week to make sure that your local library is open at a time that works for you.

If you think expanded library service is good for Brooklyn, please help us thank the people who made it possible. On October 29, 2015 we hosted the Alumni Multicultural Dinner Fundraiser and it was a huge success largely due to the following colleagues who contributed and attended the event. Please, Please highlight them in our schools PBIS Data Report newsletter. Thank you Ms. D
